12 Week Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

KP Performance is offering a 12 week Youth Strength & Conditioning program broken up into 2 levels.
Level 1 is designed for 6-10 year olds or first time exercise goers. Each package is broken up into 3x4 week blocks to ensure periodisation and progression is maximised! Learn to move, gain balance, stability, strength and much more! We've put in all the details needed for young athletes to improve in their chosen sport.
Level 2 is a progression from our level 1 package designed for those who have completed level 1 or are aged 11 years +. Each package is broken up into 3x4 week blocks to ensure periodisation and progression is maximised! Learn to move, gain balance, stability, strength and much more! We've put in all the details needed for young athletes to improve in their chosen sport.
PLANNING: Discuss with Kurt and set short and long term goals, sports season planning and training periodization set around your calendar and agreed goals.
BLUE PRINT: If applicable identify how your mind works with a questionnaire. Begin to build a blue print/pathway to a pressure proof mindset! Working with Kurt and the templates to create a weekly mind training schedule/plan, develop routines around training.
OVERVEIW: Based off your schedule Kurt will advise a day-to-day periodised training schedule for the 12 week duration of your program.
STRNEGTH + CONDITIONING: Programs are broken in 3 blocks (4 weeks per block) to maximise progression. For simplicity programs are made to use minimal to no equipment, all workouts have been filmed to ensure easy to follow and technique simplicity, self testing protocol/guideline to ensure progression, video technique feedback is available, recovery options + more.
NUTRITION: Youth training/competition/general living nutrition guidelines, advice, detailed meal plan and recipes for youth to maintain energy levels and perform and their best (all nutrition is provided by a qualified Nutritionist with experience in sports and youth).
SUPPORT: Open communication with Kurt to ensure you’re on track with your program and goals. Weekly/monthly feedback template ensures you’re accountable to your own training and the areas where you can improve.

Step 2: KP Performance will be in contact with a questionnaire and Dropbox link.
Step 3: Return the questionnaire and Kurt can best build program to your needs.
Step 4: Start training! Send video for feedback if needed.
